Whether you are a Republican, Democrat, Libertarian or Independent, we ask that you stand with us and TAKE THE PLEDGE to protect and defend the core foundation of American Democratic and Constitutional principles. We ask that you join us to ask every elected official, government employee, national and local business and union leader, community, civic and faith leaders, to TAKE THE PLEDGE. We OPPOSE any actions or movements that will hinder or take away our rights including freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of assembly, separation of church and state, separation of power with three equal functions of government for checks and balances, the vigorous debate of policy issues within Congress, and our equal rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for EVERY American. We will defend against any movements to change our the rule of law, equal protection and due process. We believe that no one person is above the rule of law and that WE THE PEOPLE choose our elected officials with free and open elections with no interference.
